LSTER makes his debut on Gravitas Recordings June 16th with a groovy bass EP “In Real Time” full of top-tier sound design, glitchy beats and a fresh idea of bass music. This fast-paced journey follows different styles and concepts that LSTER has been working on, while flowing flawlessly through these different sounds. The EP is composed of very pretty and emotional moments as well as intense dance moments with drum-oriented grooves. “This EP is titled In Real Time. I came to this name because I felt like it represented this group of tunes perfectly. As an artist, when you make advancements in music production you tend to fall in love with what you’re currently working on, but your older works seem juvenile in a sense. These 4 songs represent my recent growth as a musician/ artist and all of the lessons I’ve acquired in the last couple of months. I’m continuously growing in real time..” – LSTER, and Mal Funktion does just that as it leans more into the glitchy bass sound that we have grown so fond of. Heavy fast-paced wubs and perfect drum grooves can’t keep the listener from swaying along to this one, and is a standout track and single off the EP.
