BIOGRAPHY
CHOMPPA cemented himself as a mainstay in the bass music scene with his debut bone-rattling EP ‘Flabbergast,’ released on Zeds Dead’s imprint Deadbeats in 2020. Establishing a deep passion for music at the early age of 5, the young producer’s classical training can be heard throughout his catalog of music; drawing from a wide array of influences to craft a signature style.
After touring the country, performing at 4 stops on the 2021 Deadbeats tour and other legendary venues and festivals such as Red Rocks and Lollapalooza, he discovered a passion for the origin of dubstep along with the underground scene and has since shifted to a more minimalistic production approach. Fans can expect to hear a range of variety in his live sets and released music. From old-school dubstep to new-age halftime, this versatile producer hopes to expand the sonic palette of his listeners while remaining true to the sound they have come to know and love.
