Savej’s ‘Solstice’ gets a ceremonial reimagining from Ruby Chase June 20th on the summer solstice.  This song is the title track off his 2020 album and has been a huge staple of his discography and the Savej sound that fans resonate with for years.  Ruby Chase gives a fresh new feel to the song without compromising the original’s beauty, carefully adding in her ethereal tribal vocals and production.  With hints of Deya Dova and worldly instruments, this new idea blends with Savej’s deep south bass in a very powerful way.  Both artists have been paving strong journeys in this music scene and using their artist projects to do good in the world and in the cultures that inspire their music; this release is another step in that journey and  is very intentional to set the summer solstice vibe!
