Chamberlain ventures into new territory with his debut album “Fiora” on Gravitas Recordings October 25th. This Australian legend has been making waves across the world with his production for years, and has been a staple of the Gravitas discography throughout. This is a long-awaited debut album from Chamberlain, and harnesses his signature sound while exploring new ideas and styles.
‘Silhouettes’ opens the album with an emotive atmosphere and distant female vocal chops slowly fading into the spotlight, dropping into his signature glitched out bass sound while still holding back and leaving the listener wanting more. ‘Inertia’ fully dives into the chunky party vibe Chamberlain is best known for, with banging bass drops and a skippy beat. ‘Dreams’ is the stand-out single from the album and harnesses his sound with additional female vocals to truly tie the whole track in a fresh new way. ‘Ellie Enigma’ switches up the tempo and brings in a four on the floor mid tempo sound, with his chunky sound design and trippy vocal chops for a wild ride. ‘What Of It’ builds epicly like a movie soundtrack and drops into some of the heaviest sound design yet with a pumping bass line and speeding up the tempo and energy of the album. ‘Ambitious Antithesis (Chamberlain Remix)’ offers a fresh new feel while remixing live string and brass instruments to give a very fun party vibe that showcases his sound in a brand new way. ‘I’m Back’ truly holds to its name perfectly showcasing the Chamberlain sound we have grown so fond of, full of glitchy goodness and psychedelic bass sound design. ‘Tarrion’ brings down the energy in a beautiful way, bringing his psy bass sound to the background, and filling the soundscape with lush melodies and chords that give an emotional ride.
